12月24日，北京市卫健委通报12月23日新增报告1例新冠肺炎无症状感染者。该病例现住北京市顺义区，为海淀区奥北兴华科贸中心有限公司员工，已对其居住小区、工作单位采取管控措施和终末消毒。12月23日12时许，新京报记者实地探访其工作地奥北科技园，园区东门已被管控，20号楼门口有多名身着防护服工作人员。一名快递员称，9时许20号楼已被封控，人员只进不出。
