企查查APP显示，12月21日，掌阅科技（603533）发生工商变更，经营范围新增翻译服务。企查查信息显示，掌阅科技成立于2008年，旗下产品包括掌阅书城、掌阅iReader、掌阅杂志、掌阅游戏、掌阅听书等，法定代表人为成湘均，实缴资本1000万元人民币，大股东兼实际控制人为张凌云，持股24.80%。
