12月2日，记者从西安城北客运站了解到，受恶劣天气影响，西安发往延安、榆林方向的客运班车全部停运。据客运站工作人员介绍，12月1日已有部分发往延安和榆林班线客车因天气和路况原因停运。
客运站提示：对已提前购票的旅客，客运站将全额退票，具体恢复运营时间将根据天气和路况第一时间对外公布。（总台央视记者 杨永青 许辉）
