中国网地产讯 12月1日，光大嘉宝发布公告称，公司成功发行2020年度第三期中期票据。
公告显示，本期债券实际发行金额为人民币4亿元，期限为2+1年，票面利率为4.48％，募集资金已于2020年12月1日到账。债券简称20光大嘉宝MTN003，债券代码102002218。
据悉，本期债券募集资金拟用于偿还公司到期或回售的债务融资工具。
