深圳一天卖地340亿，占年度财政收入3.6%！房价还要涨吗
11月23日，深圳迎来年度最大规模土地拍卖日。以294亿元为起拍价格，深圳一次性集中出让8宗土地，其中5宗为纯住宅用地，另外3块为综合用地。历经数十家开发商的约400轮竞价后，竞拍在四小时内收官。深圳此次土拍收入达339.81亿元。2019年，深圳辖区内的公共财政收入为9400亿元。这意味着，深圳单日土拍收入占到了去年年度财政收入的约3.6%。
