证券时报e公司讯，中迪投资(000609)11月20日晚间公告，公司国有法人股东北京燕化联营开发有限公司拟将所持公司4.55%的股份无偿划转给中国石化集团北京燕山石油化工有限公司。划转后，燕化联营不再持有公司股票，燕山石化持股比例达6.95%。
