兰州市荣获“全国文明城市”荣誉称号，极大鼓舞了兰州市民。11月12日下午，甘肃书画名家在兰举办冬令文化笔会活动，艺术家们挥毫泼墨对创文以示庆贺。
参加本次笔会的有著名书法家程有清、于忠正、魏武峰、许宗权、郭健、马志荣、谢凡等书法艺术家近20人。
本次笔会由国家一级作家、金城文化名家郭健和贵州国密董酒联合举办。
