日前，东明县公安局以涉嫌故意杀人罪向东明县人民检察院提请批准逮捕犯罪嫌疑人种保文。东明县人民检察院经审查，于11月4日依法以涉嫌故意杀人罪对种保文作出批准逮捕决定。
目前，该案正在进一步侦查中。
