任天堂宣布，将举办Nintendo Switch Online会员限定Switch版《守望先锋》限时畅玩活动，NSO会员可在10月13日~10月20日期间不限时长、次数畅玩游戏，日服与港服均有此活动。与此同时，本作还将在10月13日~10月27日期间在eShop开启打折活动，玩家可以25%OFF的优惠价（港服为半价）格购入游戏，但需要注意的是Switch版并不支持中文。
