智通财经APP获悉，9月30日，金正环保(NEWA.US)宣布达成私有化最终协议，预计将于2021年第二季度完成协议。
该公司与Crouching Tiger Holding Limited、Green Forest Holding Limited以及一家全资子公司(合并子公司)签订了一项合并协议。根据协议，Crouching Tiger Holding Limited将以每股3.65美元的价格收购金正环保的股份。
