近日，市南区八大峡街道2020年挪庄片区和台西九院老旧小区改造工程施工招标公告发布，工程地点位于四川路27-29号，成武路33-34号、36号、38号、40号、42号、51号、51号甲、53号、55号，成武路1-10号、12号、14号、16号、18号，郓城南路21号、28号，郓城北路1-3号、6号、16号，单县路93号97号，99号，费县路75号、77号、95号，107-108号、112号等。
据了解，该项目将对挪庄社区辖区内5个楼院、39栋楼房、160个单元进行改造，受益居民3496户，对团岛社区台西九院12栋楼房进行改造，受益居民800户。
