日前，白银市中级人民法院依法对康成贪污、受贿案作出二审终审裁定，裁定驳回上诉，维持白银市平川区人民法院作出的一审判决。被告人康成犯贪污罪，判处有期徒刑四年，并处罚金人民币二十五万元；犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑三年，并处罚金人民币二十万元；决定执行有期徒刑六年，并处罚金人民币四十五万元。
