为解决边远地区人民群众出行问题，推动民航高质量发展，今年，国家发展改革委基础司开展了“我国边远地区航空运输公共服务课题研究”。8月27日，基础司一级巡视员任虹同志主持召开了开题评审会议，听取中国民航工程咨询有限公司所作的开题汇报及与会专家的意见建议，并就航线网络、服务标准、运营模式、政策补贴、动态监管、国际经验等方面，提出了下一步工作要求。
