昨天，北京市规划和自然资源委员会、东城区人民政府、西城区人民政府联合发布《首都功能核心区控制性详细规划（街区层面）（2018年—2035年）》，首都规划体系的“四梁八柱”已初步形成，首都规划建设从此进入新的历史阶段。
