调整人群：省市县机关事业单位员工
据悉，河北省于2003年12月开始实行错时上下班制度，对省直、各设区市、县(市、区)党政机关和事业单位(不包括高等院校、中小学校、幼儿园)作息时间进行了调整。
作息时间
1月1日至5月31日、9月1日至12月31日：上午8：30--12：00；下午1：30--5：30。
6月1日至8月31日：上午8：30--12：00；下午2：30--5：30。
这意味着中午休息时间
将减少一小时！
