上海市公安局普陀分局官方微博7月10日消息，近期，上海市公安局普陀分局根据投资人报案，对上海凯晨实业有限公司（以下简称“凯晨公司”）涉嫌非法吸收公众存款案开展查处。6月11日，“凯晨公司”实际控制人钟某向公安机关投案自首，警方于当日依法对其采取刑事拘留强制措施。
