为进一步缓解唐山市第二医院北门长虹道交通压力，减少因掉头造成的交通拥堵，保障人民群众顺畅就医。近日，唐山交警支队在二院北门东50米增设禁止掉头标志，并架设电子抓拍设备，该电子警察将于2020年7月6日启用，开始对违法掉头行为进行抓拍处罚。
