黄河新闻网吕梁讯（徐栋）5月20日，交口县石口乡陈某某酒后驾驶晋J****9行驶至龙泉街时被查。
经呼气式酒精仪检测发现其血液酒精含量为51mg/100ml，达到饮酒驾驶标准，陈某某直喊“冤”，中午喝的酒现在下午了也算酒后驾车。
民警根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的相关规定对陈某某处以罚款1000元、驾照暂扣6个月，一次性记12分的处罚。
