5月15日下午18时，一辆京Q牌照的蛋蛋车在太原行驶中被执勤民警拦截，当民警打开车门时发现，该面包车里坐满了人，超过该车的核载人数。
经核查，该车核载5人，实载19人，超员14人，超过核载人数100%，存在极大的道路交通安全隐患。随后民警依法对驾驶人做出记12分的处罚并将车辆暂扣回大队作进一步处理。
