4月25日21时许，浙江金华一小区楼下，两男子纵容身边的狗撕咬猫。视频显示，两男子带着狗，用棍子按住猫头不让其动弹，任凭狗疯狂撕咬。两男子随后骑电动车离开，猫主人发现后拿棍棒打狗。
