北部生态新区的建设一直备受柳州市民。北进路南段此前已经建好，昨日，记者从施工单位中铁二十五局集团获悉，北进路中段、北段正在全面推进中。待这两段建好，这条长近10公里的大道，将成为柳州市北部的有一条南北纵向大动脉。
