2月24日，川投集团党委书记、董事长刘体斌在川投集团复工复产视频会议上发表“共克时艰，拥抱春天”主题讲话。
在讲话中，他表示今年川投至少有“四场战役”要打：疫情阻击战、思想淬炼战、发展保卫战、扶贫攻坚战。这“四场战役”互为动力、互为支撑、缺一不可、非赢不可。对于川投集团将如何打赢这四场战役，他则分别提出“16字方针”，以及7项“疫后自救计划”。
