集微网消息（文/Jimmy），苹果推出了iPhone XS、iPhone XS Max和iPhone XR电池保护套的更换计划，此次受影响的产品是在2019年1月至2019年10月期间生产的。
苹果表示，该时间段内生产的产品可能发生无法充电或是间歇性充电，甚至无法为iPhone充电的情况。苹果强调，此次发生的状况并非安全问题，苹果将通过旗下直营店或授权维修中心免费针对符合条件的电池保护壳提供免费更换服务。
