番禺民生热线（电话34612319）从2019年12月14日零时起停止对外服务。
有关事项通告如下：
一、自番禺民生热线停止对外服务起，同步关闭“番禺公共服务”微信公众号微信投诉渠道、番禺区政府门户网站“民生热线”栏目网页投诉渠道。
二、此前番禺民生热线因时间关系未及回访的案件，不再开展回访工作。
三、停止各镇街、部门主要领导接电活动。
四、今后市民如有需要，请致电广州12345政府服务热线。
