根据市重污染天气应急指挥部通知要求，全市自9月24日22:00重污染天气橙色预警升级为红色预警，同时启动Ⅰ级应急响应。
除城市运行保障车辆和执行任务特种车辆外，全市范围内禁行中型和重型货车等柴油车，禁止三轮汽车、低速载货汽车和拖拉机等柴油车驶入菏泽主城区和各县（市、区）城区。
