9月5日，湖北黄石。交警在对一辆轿车进行检查时，驾驶人胡某称驾驶证忘了带。然而，经系统查询，交警发现他根本未取得机动车驾驶证。
经询问，胡某承认：自己只读到小学二年级，文化程度比较低，所以虽然会开车，但是科目一屡次考不过。
面对交警的批评教育，胡某表示会认真学习，争取早日考到驾照。此外他将面临2000元罚款、并处15日以下行政拘留的处罚。
