临沂经济技术开发区芝麻墩街道农业服务中心工作人员刘海霞（非中共党员）涉嫌职务犯罪，经临沂市监委指定，目前正接受临沭县监委监察调查。
刘海霞，山东蒙阴县人，高中文化。1986年12月至2008年1月，在蒙阴县交通局工作；2008年1月至今，先后在临沂经济技术开发区芝麻墩街道财政所、农经站、农业服务中心工作。
