人民网北京6月29日电 据北京市西城区官方微博发布，为贯彻执行2018年第1号总河长令的要求，西城区将全面推进“清河行动”，通过深入开展对全区河道、流域管理范围内违法建筑和垃圾渣土的集中整治行动，于11月底实现全区涉河湖违法建设行为得到全面遏制，河道垃圾渣土基本清除的目标。
