1.挑选优质的石榴，洗净外皮；

用过滤袋挤压榨取果汁的方法，榨取的是纯石榴果汁，石榴籽完全被分离出来，果汁的口感甘甜；机器榨取的石榴汁，石榴籽的一并被榨在里汁里面，口感影响极大；当然这种方法有些费力，不过榨取几杯的量还是可以的。
