椒盐龙头鱼的做法步骤
1、主要原料。
2、将龙头鱼收拾干净备用。
3、用面粉，淀粉，椒盐，鸡蛋少许水和成炸糊。
4、将龙头鱼裹匀面糊。
5、放入油锅炸制。
6、炸到两面金黄色即可。
